Separation is the action or state of moving or being moved apart.
At times, when parents separate, children are affected. This is the negative effect of separation.
If a train cart is separated, it can cause a massive accident!
It would be hazardous if a toddler gets separated from a parent in a street.

Take a look at this event that happened in Bible days:

Then the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was torn in two. And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said, “Father, ‘into Your hands I commit My spirit.’” Having said this, He breathed His last. (Luke 23:45-46)

Is there any time that separation can be good?

Yes! The veil was separated, giving us free access to the Lord Jesus Christ! This is excellent.
When you accept this action, you gain access to the Lord Jesus, and those who give their life to Jesus must be separated from all kinds of evil.

When you separate yourself from foods that cause your allergies to act up, this separation is good.
When a parent warns a child to separate from bad company, this separation is good.
When someone is being physically abused, separating from the abuser can save a life.
When you separate yourself from bad habits, this separation is good.
When you separate yourself from a life of sin, this separation is a good thing.

Do you want to enjoy the benefits of separation? Take this week to do a spiritual X-ray and identify all you need to separate from and do it. Please don’t wait; act quickly; separate yourself before it’s too late.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
