There are many ways to preserve things; it could be food, juices, memories, etc.

Take this time of year, for example, some people love eggnog so much that they freeze some portions so they may have it after the holiday season is over.

Many families store their pictures on hard drives to have memories to share with their loved ones.

Everyone tries to preserve something or another to keep it safe and for longer. I will even go as far as to say they preserve these things to protect them.

Back in the days without digital technology, we could only keep pictures for so long. But these days, your child can meet his or her grandparents through images saved (preserved) for years. Not to mention memories of weddings and funerals.

If we can take the necessary measures to preserve (protect) our memories, foods, juices, etc, how much more does God want to protect us?

This Bible verse is clear:

The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. (Psalm 121:7)

Remember His power is far above ours; there is no expiration date on His protection. He will protect you from ALL evil, not just some, but all!

Of course, you must permit Him to do so by living in obedience to His voice. No matter what is going on in the world right now, you will be preserved and protected by Him, do not fear! Only believe!

May the God of the Bible bless you.
