Imagine if someone gave you a book at the beginning of your life and said it would guide you through anything you could possibly go through. Through loss, difficulties, good moments, sickness, finding the right partner, building a family, sadness… You name it. This book will guide you through it. Would you take that book?

We keep so many things in this life. We gather and store so many possessions but often forget about the most priceless thing we have in this world.

When we pick up the Bible, it is a roadmap for how to live life on this earth. Our life often goes off course, and we wonder what is happening, but the answer is simple. Many hear the Word but do not practice it and see it but do not understand it, and life becomes a consequence of this relationship.

“But be doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the Word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was.”
James 122-24

Perhaps you have lost your way in life and say, “I grew up in church.” “I am in the front seat every Sunday.” “I know Pastor A, B and C.” It’s not enough. The Word of God says so itself. This is your wake-up call to get back on track. Don’t just know about it, live it.

May the God of the Bible Bless you!
