Today is the last in our series, Unseen Chains.
Invoked Curse: Spiritual consequences from curses intentionally spoken or through spiritual ritual and practice.
Sometimes a person uses vocabulary; they say it’s normal, innocent rituals- burning candles, sage, invoking demons. They say it’s culture, a family tradition. However, it’s not; in reality, they are invoking demonic spirits, and these actions cause serious consequences!
Xochill experienced the consequences of an invoked curse:
The mother of her boyfriend used to do witchcraft. Xochill started seeing things she had never seen before. This person used to tell her how to do white witchcraft; she thought it was ok because religious matters were used during the rituals.
She started to get involved more deeply in the occult; she was told that the spirits wanted her to do it because she had the spirit of fire. She accepted and asked what she should do. She was told to give $3,000.00 because the spirit requested it for her protection. She was told she would have access to stronger work, and she agreed.
Soon after, her life started to fall apart; the person she was dating started to cheat on her. His mom did witchcraft in her home to separate them; she lost her job, she lost her house, she lost her cars, she got sick, depressed, and she tried to end her life. She woke up in the hospital two days later!
Xochill found out about The Universal Church through her father. He took part in the healing service and was healed. He invited her to come for the change that he experienced. His testimony was the invitation. She accepted the invitation and attended the Deliverance Chain of Prayer. She also experienced the change her father spoke about.
She no longer drinks, has no more suicidal thoughts, and had a total transformation with the greatest blessing: she received the Holy Spirit! Her mission is to tell everyone about the Lord.
She ended her story with encouraging words for anyone who thinks there is no way out; they have hit rock bottom and are thinking of dying, she says; there is a way out!
You are not alone. The Lord Jesus is the way!
