Imagine if you meet a person and suddenly that person starts talking about the way you act and about your qualities or preferences, without ever having met you. How can someone who does not know you talk about you? There are many people who talk about God without ever truly knowing Him.

Feeding the needy and hungry, those who literally live under a bridge, is one of our social projects; every time we go to feed the homeless, we come across people who were once wealthy professionals, like lawyers, teachers, and doctors. We have even found among the needy people who attended church since childhood.

During one of our meetings with the needy, we came across a man who was preaching. It was clear that he knew the Bible, as he was able to recite an entire chapter by heart. We discovered that that man was a preacher in his life before poverty.

Where is all the glory that these people once had? There was a day when they had everything, and they lost everything, because they did not really know God.

Some people attend church frequently—they know the pastor, the bishop, the preacher—they know how to sing and preach very well, there are others who take pride in saying that they are rich, intelligent and physically strong. What they fail to realize is that all those things are not enough if the most important element is unknown to them, God!

“Let us know, Let us pursue the knowledge of the LORD …” (Hosea 6:3).

You know the Bible – maybe you know how to talk about God very well to other people – however, you have not yet seen His Glory in your life, so you often feel frustrated, tired and depressed. We want you to know the One true God!

Do you want to know the One true God? We are here to help you. After all, we can not talk about someone we do not know.

May the God of the Bible bless you.
