When you hear the word hoarder what comes to your mind?

I believe all of us picture someone that has a lot of stuff stocked up in their room or home: to put it in one word, it would be mess! To make matters worst sometimes just by looking from the outside you would have no idea of the mess inside of the house… until you open the door.

I believe this is the situation the Lord Jesus spoke about in the verses below:

“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you cleanse the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of extortion and self-indulgence.

Blind Pharisee, first cleanse the inside of the cup and dish, that the outside of them may be clean also. “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men’s bones and all uncleanness. Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness. (Matt. 23:25-27)

Many people profess to be Christians on the outside (with their lips) but on the inside they are the total opposite. They quote bible verses about forgiveness but entertain the spirit of unforgiveness inside of them. They quote bible verses about love but entertain the spirit of hate inside of them. They proclaim to live a life of holiness but live a life of uncleanness.

Friends don’t allow this to happen with you. Stop pretending to be happy. Stop pretending to have it all figured out. Stop pretending the be full of joy. Instead, seek the God that will give you true peace, happiness and joy. But this starts from the inside. After it will work it’s way to the outside.

If you start taking action today, tomorrow you will see the fruit of those actions.

May the God of the Bible bless you.
