Those who don’t remember the last time they slept “like a baby” often question themselves in many different ways. But the main question is: “why?” 

Sleeping well (especially peacefully) has many benefits,  like mental clarity, stress reduction, improving mood, and lowering the risk of serious health problems.

Unfortunately, many people still struggle with insomnia. In most cases they try sleeping pills, which certainly won’t solve the problem, but seem to temporarily relieve them. 

If there is no peace, there is no good sleep! 

To solve this problem, let’s see what the Bible teaches us; 

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7

The peace of God inside of you is the only real solution for insomnia and any other problem in your life. 

In order to receive God’s peace, you first need to receive the Holy Spirit. 

Seek Him in sincere prayer, and tell God what is bothering you at this time in your life. 

God is the only one able to help you. 

When we have the peace of God in our hearts and minds, it doesn’t matter what is happening. We are in perfect peace, knowing that God is in control of our lives.
