Friction is the resistance one surface or object encounters when moving over another.
Fire and water are two big rivals! When a fire is out of control, water is used to extinguish it.
Water and oil can be seen as rivals as well; they will never mix.
Even when it comes to sports, there is a separation. The colors, the team names, and even the seating in the stadium are separated.

When it comes to chemicals, we must be even more careful; for example, bleach and ammonia should never be mixed; this is the recipe for a big disaster!
Even some medications can be deadly if they are mixed. That’s why you are always asked to provide the medication you are taking when you go to the doctor’s office.

When it comes to spiritual things, it’s no different. Faith and doubt will never be present at the same time! When you are in faith, doubt disappears, and the opposite happens when you doubt.

“Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?” (2 Corinthians 6:14)

This Bible verse is straight to the point, and now you are left to decide. Righteousness or lawlessness? Light or darkness?
Remember the following: you will either enjoy the benefits of your decision or suffer the consequences of your decision.
Only you can make this decision because the reality is that you can’t have it both ways. How long will you waver between two opinions?

It is harmful and pointless to try and live in the light and the darkness at the same time! Today should be the day of your decision, as tomorrow is not guaranteed to anyone!

May the God of the Bible bless you,

Bishop Bira Joshua
