“We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.”
Perhaps you have seen this sign in a local restaurant or business. This means that at any time an employee can ask someone to leave. We also reserve this right in our own lives. There is a limit to how many times we will allow someone to disappoint us or to treat us poorly. However, have we ever stopped to imagine if God exercised this right?
God’s love for us is so great that even with all the wrongs we have done He accepts us with open arms. This is because He knows that we are prone to mistakes, flaws, and problems.
“All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.” John 6:37
That’s right, despite all we face and suffer God still accepts us. Sadly, many avoid God because they think He will turn them away because of the things they have done or the person they have been. But His word says that He will not. No matter where you are in life right now, God is ready for you to come to Him.
No matter what you have done, the day you turn to God, He will accept you. As humans, we may even have a limit to how many times we will allow someone to disappoint us but God’s love for us is limitless and because of this He is calling you to come to him.
Don’t wait for another opportunity. The time is now.
