Every fighter wants to be victorious, but there is no victory without a fight. I’m not talking about a physical fight, but about all the battles you face in life.
Perhaps you, as the breadwinner, wake up every day and go to work. Day after day it’s the same routine and you feel like nothing is going right in your life.
You got married, but the relationship with your spouse seems to be getting colder.
You try your best to bring your family together, but you are alone in this fight.
You do everything the doctor is telling you to do, but your health seems to get worse.
Don’t get used to the situation. If you’re tired of fighting and you’re always getting knocked down by life, it’s time to fight by faith for what you want. God wants to be your partner. As it is written:
“The Lord is a man of war;
The Lord is His name.” Exodus 15:3
There is no better partner than God; He will give you the strength you need to overcome and achieve the blessings for your life here on earth.
To have God fighting by your side, you need to live a life according to His word (the Bible). Just like every army has its rules of engagement, the army of God has His rules (or should I say, “His directions”).
Do not confess that the problems you are facing at the moment, are greater than the power of your faith.
Remember that you have the upper hand over your problems, because you have the strongest ally in your corner.
May the God of the Bible bless you,
Bishop Joshua Fonseca
