Maybe you are facing a difficult situation, a battle, a loss, a financial struggle, a family problem, or a situation you don’t know how you will overcome.

Remember: going through something does not mean God has abandoned you.

The Bible says:

“Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all.” Psalm 34:19

Notice that the Bible does not say the righteous will have no afflictions. It says the LORD delivers them out of them all.

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.” Isaiah 43:2

You may be going through the waters, but they will not drown you.

You may be going through the fire, but it will not consume you.

You may be facing an affliction, but the LORD will deliver you.

You are going through it-not staying in it.

The God who is with you in the waters will bring you through the waters.

The God who is with you in the fire will bring you out of the fire.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
