To all of you who read this blog, I say to you… May God bless you! I must say may, because it doesn’t only depend on God. To receive an answer from God, it depends 50% on Him, but the other 50% is your part.

You can not ask God to do everything for you, because He will not. He is not our personal servant, He is our Lord. It is His pleasure to bless our lives, but you must do your part, then God comes with His 50% by performing the miracle.

It is written: “and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ.” Romans 8:17

As you see, it is written that we are joint heirs. That means we have to do our part too. For example, if you need a job, you can not sit at home and wait for God to bring someone to your door offering you a job. You have to go look. If you are sick because of your eating habits, you can not expect to continue eating the same thing and God just magically make you better. If your marriage is having problems because of a lack of communication, you can not expect it to be fixed if you don’t start to speak to each other. There are things that only God can do, but there are also things that we must do ourselves.

Do not be that person that tries to dump everything on God. Of course, we must depend on Him but also do your part. That is the quickest way to provoke Him to action.

May the God of the Bible Bless You
