We are all riding the carousel of life. Days are moving faster, and it seems as though everything is blending together. Wake up, go to work, get home, eat, drink, sleep, and start again. It is a continuous cycle of life, and it is easy to fall into the motions. Perhaps your days have begun blending together. It seems you are just going through life and accepting whatever it throws at you.
“Everyone is going through something.” “It’s just life.” Butt who said that life was meant to be miserable? No rule says you must simply accept the sickness, depression, broken family, strained finances, and the battles of life and just continue riding the carousel of life.
Maybe you have been struggling alone because you’ve told yourself the lines above. But it isn’t “just life.” You are not invisible. There is Someone who sees you.
“Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.” (Exodus 3:9)
You are seen, your problems don’t go unnoticed. You don’t have to carry your burdens on your own.
Maybe you are used to crying. That has become second nature to you. Turn your tears over to God. What has been oppressing you? Not only does God see, but He wants to help you, and He will.
May the God of the Bible bless you!
