“Hear my cry, O God; Attend to my prayer. From the end of the earth I will cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.” (Psalm 61:1–2)

No matter where you are on this earth, God hears your voice. Whether you’re in a busy city, a quiet town, on a mountain, or beside the sea, you are never beyond His reach. The same heavens stretch over every nation. The same sun rises and sets for all people. The same sky reminds us that although we may be separated by miles, God is present everywhere at once.

Think about the wind. You can’t see it, but you know it’s there because you can feel it and see its effect. The wind doesn’t stop at state lines or national borders—it moves wherever it pleases. In a much greater way, God’s presence is not confined. He is with those who cry out to Him, in sincerity, wherever they may be.

When your heart is overwhelmed, cry out to God. He listens. No distance is too great, no place too remote, and no prayer too quiet for His ears to hear.

Wherever you are under the sky, you are never outside the loving presence of God.

May the God of the Bible bless you,
