During this festive season, many are those who are depressed; feeling lonely and empty inside even though they have their loved ones around them. Others have no one to celebrate this holiday season with. This loneliness leads many to turn to excessive alcohol abuse, addiction, self-harm, the list goes on. They suffer with depression and anxiety as they try to find a solution to loneliness and emptiness.
I challenge you to give this above list of options a second thought? Have they really resolved the feeling of loneliness? The sincere answer is No!
Today I am inviting you to a guaranteed solution to this problem: Go back to the one who created you. Through this Bible verse, see what God has to say about you who are lonely:
“Teaching them to observe all things I have commanded you, and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen. (Matthew 28:20)
Return to your creator by giving Him your life and future. Learn a new and effective way to solve this problem of loneliness!
The peace you have been searching for comes only from the Lord your father, with Him you have a family.
Receiving the Holy Spirit and becoming a Child of God is the guarantee to peace and happiness during this holiday season. God is the greatest gift to all of us.
God is waiting to welcome you with open arms, and you will never be alone.
Do not let loneliness define who you are and what your new year will be like. Give God His rightful place in your life.
