“If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” It’s an age old saying that simply means, if you don’t go into something with a plan then it will not go well. We make plans every day. Many go to school, planning for a great career, people date, planning for a successful marriage. We plan even in the smallest of things. We plan a specific time to wake up so that we can accomplish all that we need to in our day. Did you know however, that God also has plans for those who belong to Him?

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Jeremiah 29:11

In all of our plans we can never forget, God’s plans for us. Perhaps lately things haven’t been going according to plan. It seems that everything you try has failed. Your plan for a happy family has been fouled by divorced. Your plan for a great career was derailed by losing your job.

Don’t plan alone. Place your life in God’s hands because His plans are fail-proof. There is never a need for Plan B. Those who live a life in dependence on God, always plan with Him in mind. What are your plans? Believe that God has something great prepared for you.
