There was a game we played with our parents as children. Perhaps you play it with your own children today. We would stand in a high place, our parents would open their arms, and we would leap without even thinking about it. It was an amazing trust that we had in our parents. We had total belief that they would catch us and would not let us fall. If there’s one thing we can learn from them, it is unwavering trust.

As children, we would trust without giving it a second thought, but as we grew older, we began questioning and doubting, and trust slowly disappeared. It has even crept into our character as children of God. Problems have come, and little by little, our trust in our Heavenly Father has begun to disappear. Maybe you see it within yourself. You have faced so many problems this year, and you wonder if He is taking care of you, if He sees that you are struggling.

And the LORD said: “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.” (Exodus 3:7)

The answer is yes. God does see your pain, and He does see your struggle. Perhaps you have been battling with your health, your family is upside down, your love life is a mess, and financially, you have hit a wall. Life has taken away your faith. God does see and Wants to help you, but He needs you to take a leap of faith. When was the last time you wholeheartedly trusted God would take care of a situation? You can change this right now. No matter what it is you’re facing, take those problems and throw them into the hands of God.

Take a leap of faith today through prayer and going to church. She God that you still have the trust of an innocent child in His hands.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
