In life, we are often taught that strength comes from fighting, pushing through, and never backing down. But true strength is found in surrender—surrendering to God’s will and trusting in His plans rather than our own.

Spiritually speaking, surrender is not a sign of weakness but of faith. It means letting go of our need for control and allowing God to take the lead. When we try to handle everything on our own, we become overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted. But when we place our trust in Him, we find peace, direction, and true strength.

Jesus Himself showed us this when He surrendered to the will of the Father, even in the face of suffering. His greatest victory—defeating sin and death—came through His complete trust in God’s plan.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
Proverbs 3:5-6

Perhaps you have been struggling, feeling like nothing is going the way you planned. Maybe you have been fighting battles that are not yours to fight. Stop carrying burdens that belong to God. Surrender your worries to Him today. Pray, trust, and watch how He leads you to victory.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
