Everything you have new will eventually become old. It is inevitable – time passes for everything and everyone. Remember that brand new pair of shoes you loved so much? They are no longer the same. And so it goes for everything in our life. But remember that it’s not just objects that can be considered old. Stop for a moment and reflect: What in your life has aged? Maybe it’s your relationship with your family, or maybe it’s a dream you never fulfilled, and now you feel too old to move forward in your financial life. Is your health not what it used to be? As time went on, did you encounter a health problem that disturbed your peace?

If you feel this way, I have news for you. God wants to make all things new in your life; your old life, your past and the severity of your problems do not matter. For the Almighty, everything is possible, including the transformation you so desire. However, there is a condition for this promise to be fulfilled. In this passage of 2 Corinthians 5:17 says:

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

You need to seek God, but how do you seek God? It’s simple – a prayer of surrender can be the first step towards your new life. How about taking that first step right now? Go ahead and give God the permission to take the reins of your life. You have nothing to lose… except for your old life!

May the God of the Bible bless you!
