There are a few tips and tricks if a person ever gets lost. A few examples are: stay hydrated, retrace your steps, and, if possible, ask for directions. With so many new advances in technology and navigation, it’s not as easy to get physically lost.
On the other hand, many wonder about being spiritually lost, feeling hopeless and helpless. It has become quite common to hear people speak about their daily anxieties, and it has become hard to ignore that this current generation is facing more mental and spiritual helplessness than ever before. Many have described it as “feeling alone in a crowd.”
The Bible teaches us about how to navigate our souls in this well-known verse:
“ Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life…” John 14:6
These words are more than a popular Bible verse; it is the way out. The Lord Jesus left clear instructions for those who feel lost. Perhaps you have looked for the way out in people or things, but you’ve forgotten the greatest direction for your soul. Look to Jesus; He will guide you out of any situation.
May the God of the Bible bless you!
