I want you to imagine for a moment that you grew up without a father (perhaps you actually did grow up without your father), you know that you have a father out there somewhere, but you never knew him. Of course, you weren’t born from your mother alone… but you have never seen your father. You never had contact with him.

This is how many people believe in God. They believe in a God that they do not know and have never seen. The Word says,

 “For a good tree does not bear bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit.For every tree is known by its own fruit.”Luke 6:43-44

So the fruits of your life, show who your father is. The results of your life, show who your God is.

You believe in God, but have never seen God in your life, you need to do what it takes to see Him. If a person knows that their daddy is alive but they never meet him, they would go in search for him until they found him, because they want to see their dad. You have to say to God, “I want to see you in my life. I don’t just want to know You from what people say, I want to know You for myself. I want to meet You.”

Until now, the only God you know is the God that the pastor preaches or you heard about in bible stories, but you don’t know Him for yourself. It’s time to do all it takes to see your Heavenly Father in your life. Don’t accept to serve a God that you can not see for yourself. He is Spirit, but He has to show Himself in your life.
