A new day…
A new week…
A new month…
A new year…
When we hear the word ‘new’, we all think of something different. If you were promised something new, you would definitely not accept to receive an older, destroyed version of it.
Even children think this way. For example, if you told your child that you would buy him or her a new game, that is exactly what he/she will expect. There is no way that they would be okay with you giving them an old, outdated game instead! Even if that old game was wrapped in new and nice gift paper. Once opened, it would be clear that the game is not new.
God is a Father and He does not take pleasure in displeasing us. Whatever He promises, He fulfills! This Scripture makes it clear:
Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19
His word is final. No turning back. If He promises something new, then you will receive something new. A new spiritual life (no more falling into temptation), a new bill of health (no more diseases), a new family (no more fights) a new financial life (no more debts). He WILL “do a new thing” in your life, because He said He would.
Even the impossible cases will become possible! That’s the power of God, and you will experience this power when you believe in His word and use your faith to achieve what is written.
What is the “new thing” that you need? Try taking this matter to God and allowing Him to bless you with it. God has never failed!
May the God of the Bible bless you.
