Human beings only seek help in moments when there is no way out.
If someone is drowning, the first thing they will do is scream desperately to be noticed.
If you fell into a hole; your first action is would be to scream help.
When you’re in danger, you don’t just plea… In fact, you will cry aloud for your life!
In the Bible, many people were cried and asked for help, and Jesus answered them all. He listened and responded to each individual cry for help.
Maybe there is a cry inside of you, and you need help. Your financial life is stuck, your health is poor, your family is divided, and you are depressed. It seems that there is no one able to help you.
The Bible says:
“And he cried, saying, Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” (Luke 18:38)
Nowadays, God is still the same. He is available to help you.
Wherever you are, let out that cry, call out to Jesus, and cry out for help. It doesn’t matter how deep the hole is. God will not ignore you! He will answer you, and He will help you.
