Have you ever experienced the “things that go bump in the night?” That’s usually what many people refer to when they experience the unexplainable.

It happens more often than you may think. Perhaps it is happening to you at this moment. You have heard your son speaking to his imaginary friend, your daughter has fits of unexplainable rage, you yourself have heard voices or experienced bouts of depression and so on.

No, you are not “losing it.” Maybe this is what you think or have been told but there is a hidden power behind these things and the Word of God describes how to combat it.

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”
Ephesians 6:12

Don’t ignore it. Don’t push it the side or think of it as a figment of the imagination.

Fight. We can only fight against the spiritual with spiritual weapons. Your prayers, faith and trust in God are your strongest weapons.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
