It can seem like every day has the same routine. Wake up, get ready, go to work or school, eat, sleep, repeat. However, the things that seem to separate these days are the new challenges, problems, and difficulties we face daily. On the outside, it may seem like everyone is living the same day, but the person on your right hand may be battling a disease, and the person on your left may be battling depression.

And you? What is your battle today? Perhaps you are the person battling disease, depression, insomnia, or family dysfunction. Your problem has become part of your daily routine. You wake up and sleep; the next day, that problem is still there. You are constantly reminded of this struggle in your life that never seems to change. Fortunately, there is another constant that we can count on that has been changing lives for thousands of generations.

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” Hebrews 13:8

You can rest assured that you are not the first to face this problem, nor will you be the last. However, you can be one among the many who have received the solution from the Lord Jesus. You don’t have to make your hardship part of your daily routine because things can change. The same Jesus who healed the sick gave sight to the blind, resurrected the dead, and set the oppressed free, is still the same today. Now, the constant that you must practice in your life is faith. Just as Jesus lives, your faith must live to see His power in your life.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
