Jet lag is a temporary sleep problem that can affect anyone who quickly travels across multiple time zones.

If you have ever traveled across multiple times zones you know exactly what I am talking about; the headaches, the difficulty sleeping, the tiredness, etc.

Jet lag affects you mainly if you have a busy schedule after flying. You may find yourself getting agitated very easily, and you don’t feel like yourself for a couple of days.

Just like after a long flight, perhaps you have been living life feeling “jet lag” by your problems.  No strength, no peace, and you find yourself stressed and exhausted!

This life of “jet lag” can come to an end today if you ask God for strength.

The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.

Psalm 29:11

His strength is more than a couple of hours of rest. His strength will equip you for a lifelong battle.

Go ahead and take hold of this blessing: seek Him for the strength that you long for.

May the God of the Bible bless you.
