We all know that with no sacrifice comes no success. Perhaps you’ve heard the phrase before. Perhaps you have had to remind yourself of it amid a brutal battle in your life. Fighting for your degree, building a family, investing in a job, or even investing in yourself. The list of great achievements that require moments of hardship is extensive, and I’m sure you can pick a few key moments in your life from it.

These are a cry now, smile later scenarios. In life, the most bitter moments can often lead us to forget about the calm after a storm. For those who have a life with God, the calm always overpowers the storm. Think. Everyone faces problems. No one on earth goes through life problems free, but those who serve God have a promise that keeps them standing.

“weeping may stay for the night,
but rejoicing comes in the morning.”
Psalms 30:5

You may be weeping right now, but remember that when you call upon God, your rejoicing is close. Problems may come and go, but the rejoicing from the Lord is promised and will come to pass. Your weeping will not last forever.

May the God of the Bible Bless you!
