When something unfortunate happens do you chalk it up to a matter of fate, misfortune, or simply another day of life? How many times have you heard someone tell you that the things that have happened to you were meant to be, they were your “destiny?”

One day someone told you that you would never make it, your future was destined to be doomed and because you accepted that word, today your life is a result of it. You have even begun to believe in destiny. You think you are destined to be sick because your mother, father or grandparent suffered with the same illness. You are destined to have a damaged financial life because you didn’t finish school. You are destined to struggle in your love life because your mother also did. Who told you that your life has to go according to destiny?

The Word of God is the only Word that you should base your life on. In fact, God already has your life plan but it can only be fulfilled according to what we allow and according to our faith.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11

You have the authority to decide how you’re going to live. Whatever you sow is what you will reap. Therefore, if you sow in faith and in the Word of God these words can happen in your life. Do you have plans for a bright future? Well, you’re in luck because God’s plans for you are nothing but good and peaceful. He wants you to have a bright future. Start planning. Great things are yet to come.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
