If someone enters a restaurant and expects to receive excellent service without even placing an order, that would be absurd.
Or even if they tried to place an order with a vague request like, “I just want food”…. How could they expect to be served?
They would not receive the best, because they didn’t do their part (which in the case is the simple act of being specific about what they wanted).
There was a man in the Bible who had a critical situation that he was dealing with. When he received the opportunity to seek help from Jesus, he did it the right way.
So Jesus answered and said to him, “What do you want Me to do for you?” The blind man said to Him, “Rabboni, that I may receive my sight.” Mark 10:51
The blind man was specific, he wanted to receive his sight!
What are you in need of right now?
Be specific and ask. Use your faith and God is ready to reward your faith.
That’s what He told the blind man;
“Go your way; your faith has made you well.”
Your faith has the same power! Go ahead and use it… but… remember to be specific!
May the God of the Bible bless you,
Bishop Bira Joshua
