As human beings, our actions define who we are. Taking action requires certain attitudes and sometimes even courage. For example, if we feel thirsty, we find something to drink, or if we feel cold, we look for something to warm ourselves up. When we want something, we take action to make it happen. Our needs guide our actions.
The Bible has a lot of wisdom to offer when it comes to taking action and is the key ingredient for those seeking God’s blessings. It says:

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” (Matthew 7:7-8)

Take action of faith for the blessing you want to receive in life. When you ask, do so confidently, knowing that God hears your prayers and responds. Doors will open, but often they require us to knock. Don’t be discouraged by silence or delay. Knocking requires faith and shows that we believe in God’s timing and perfect answers.

Don’t hesitate to take action because those who act with faith receive. Keep moving forward, ask with boldness, seek with purpose, and knock with persistence.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
