We use our faith everyday. Sometimes in ways we don’t even notice. When we get onto a bus or train, we have faith that we’ll get to our destination safely. Waking up in the morning we assume that we’ll go to bed that night. And there are some things that we use our faith for without even realizing it. For example, when we brush our teeth, we don’t doubt that we can do it… we don’t even think about it. Or when you put food in your mouth, you never think “can I chew this or not”.

But can the size of our faith be measured? Well, the Bible says…

“… I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20

For those things that need an active faith; such as healing from an illness, a need for drastic change in your family, freedom from depression and anxiety. These things need an active faith and as the Bible says, it can be the size of a mustard seed.

Even if the problems of life have made you feel as though your faith is small, size doesn’t matter. Only believe. Even if it seems like there is no way out, activate your faith; big or small and God will make a way out for you.

May the God of the Bible bless you,
