Have you ever been misled by a GPS? Feeling as though you were driving around aimlessly because you cannot find the destination that your map has told you that you’ve arrived at? This is how many people feel in life. A GPS is there to help you get to the right destination on time and safely but from time to time it can fail.
If only there were a GPS for life! Many have been misled – have taken wrong decisions and have ended up with their life in a place that they didn’t want to be. They work so hard to be in a good place, but instead, they reach places of sickness, divorce, depression and loneliness and they wonder where they made a wrong turn. The word of God says:
The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:8
In other words, you do have a GPS for life! God is your GPS and His Word will guide you through even the most difficult paths. Perhaps God has not been your GPS. He has not been going before you. When you place your life in God’s hands you are asking Him to go before you and to be with you and just as the Word of God teaches us He will never leave us or forsake us or ever lead us astray.
Maybe you were feeling like there’s no escape from this place where you have ended up but there is. Place your life in God’s hands and allow Him to guide you to where you need to go. Do not be afraid because He will never fail you and He will always lead you to the right solution.
