The desire of your heart is something that you long for. Everyone wants to be asked this question.
Let’s be realistic, you will only ever be asked such a question, as a reward for something good that you have done. For example, if a child gets excellent grades throughout the school year, then the parent, noting the effort of the child, would in return, offer whatever they wanted as a reward.
It’s the same with God… As a Father, He poses the same question to you: “What is the desire of your heart? Ask from me, whatever you want.”
Take a look at this Bible verse:
Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4
God just asks one thing of you: delight yourself in Him. Please Him with your daily life and He will have pleasure to give you the desire of your heart.
What do you long for?
Go ahead and ask Him, He is ready to reward you like any good parent. The question is, have you been a good child?
May the God of the Bible bless you.
