Some struggles don’t look dramatic from the outside because what you show to everyone else is ordinary.

You go to work.
You answer texts.
You hang out with friends and family.
You show up where you’re supposed to be.

But internally, you’re carrying frustrations, uncertainty about the future, and pressure from the world. But you’re not alone.

Psalm 56:8 says:
“You keep track of all my sorrows.
You have collected all my tears in your bottle…”

God keeps track. That means your struggles do not go unnoticed. God is not distant from you.
The same God who watched over David in caves and battles watches over you in offices, kitchens, classrooms, and hospital rooms.
You are not navigating this life by yourself.
God sees you—not just at your best moments, or in the appearances you put on. And that is enough to remind you: you are never alone.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
