Want to know the future? Read the Bible. There are no lies in the Word of God. It warns us of things to come, things that have passed, and perhaps things you are facing right now.
Maybe you say, “I’ve done everything right, live a clean life, stay away from wrong, and still everything seems so difficult for me.” You are not alone. You are among those who have chosen the narrow path.
“Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:14
Nothing good comes easy, and so when you face difficulty, when life seems to test you, even when you are living in obedience to God, do not be discouraged. You are still on the right path.
Yes, the broad gate may seem easier for a time, but it only leads to destruction. Stay your course and finish your race. You are part of a select group that chooses the narrow gate daily.
