Seeking God only in times of need limits the depth of our relationship with Him. It’s like calling a friend only when we’re in trouble. But when we seek Him daily, we begin to experience His presence in a deeper, more sustaining way. Our faith grows strong to keep us steady, no matter what life brings.

It’s easy to turn to God when life feels heavy—when the bills pile up, the diagnosis comes, or our hearts ache with uncertainty. But God desires more than a relationship of convenience.

When we enter His presence, His house (the church), we begin to see His hand in every detail of our lives. So, let’s not wait until we’re in need to reach out. Let us seek God always.

“It shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established as the highest of the mountains, and shall be lifted up above the hills; and all the nations shall flow to it, and many peoples shall come, and say: ‘Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths.’ For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.” (Isaiah 2:2-3)

May the God of the Bible bless you,
