Have you ever caught yourself looking for your phone while talking on it? Or being in a fret, running to the door, while looking for your keys that were in your hand the whole time? Maybe you even searched for your glasses sitting on the top of your head? Think about that feeling. That’s how it can feel when we realize the answer to our problems is right before us.
The Psalmist, King David, said:
“I sought the Lord, and He heard me,
And delivered me from all my fears.”
Psalms 34:4
Straight to the point! That’s how we always want things to be. Perhaps you have looked for a solution in many places but always got the runaround. There is no exact diagnosis for your illness; no one can truly tell you why you feel the way you do. You go from place to place hoping someone can help you – family, friends, professionals, spiritual entities, but to no avail.
You have been searching in the wrong places.
When you seek God’s help, He doesn’t give you the runaround. He is straight to the point. He will deliver you from sickness, sadness, family problems, financial difficulties, helplessness, hopelessness, and the list goes on. He is the same as He was in King David’s time, and His answer always comes right on time.
Do yourself a favor and go straight to God. The answer is crystal clear.
