Sometimes, it’s easy to identify a lie. If someone told you that your mom or dad wasn’t your parent, it wouldn’t shake your certainty—you know who your parents are. Likewise, if someone tried to tell you that your wife or husband wasn’t your spouse, you’d immediately reject that as false. After all, you’ve been married for so many years.

You know your child or children. Can you imagine someone telling you they’re not yours? You wouldn’t even bother suggesting a test to prove otherwise. Why? Because you know that’s not true.

Take a look at this Bible verse:

For thus says the High and Lofty One,
Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy:
“I dwell in the high and holy place,
With him who has a contrite and humble spirit,
To revive the spirit of the humble,
And to revive the heart of the contrite ones.”
(Isaiah 57:15)

Many times, a person thinks: “God is up there… God doesn’t care… God is busy with someone else… God doesn’t care about me.”
That’s not true!

He is with those who have a contrite spirit, no matter where they are—whether in a hospital, prison, nursing home, or anywhere else. When you think God is far from you or doesn’t care, remember: that’s not true! He is right there with you.

Where are you right now? Where are you reading this message from? He is there with you.

He came for those who were put to shame, those who were humiliated, to revive the spirit of the humble. God wants to revive your spirit and give you a new life. This is what He’s going to do.

I would like to pray for those who are in pain—those who say, “I need help… I need God to come and help me.” If that’s you, please click on this link and allow me to pray for you:
