From a young age, parents strive to teach their children to identify themselves by their names. In preparation for them to enter Kindergarten, they write their names on their lunch bags and the labels of their clothes. Nowadays, names and pronunciations differ greatly.
When it comes to adulthood, we keep the same zeal for our name. One important example is when we go to a doctor’s appointment. How many times have you noticed when the nurse calls out a common name, John Brown, for example, and you have more than one person responding? Then they must be clarified using a middle name and even a date of birth.
Did you know you can be diagnosed with someone’s sickness by name mix-up? That’s how serious the matter of a name is. If someone’s health can be affected by a name, is there any way for healing and deliverance by a name?
Yes, there is, and this is not an ordinary name:
Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth.
Philippians 2:9-10
The name of Jesus is above:
Cancer
Addiction
Family problems
Unemployment
And when you use His name with faith and authority, great things can happen! Go ahead, ask whatever you want in His powerful name, and experience great things!
This is the power of His name; it is not an ordinary name.
May the God of the Bible bless you!
