No one likes to wait in long lines:
• Long lines at the DMV
• Long lines at the airport
• Long lines at a restaurant
• Long lines at the supermarket
• Long lines at the pharmacy
• Long lines at the hospital
• Long lines at an ATM
No matter the place or how long the lines are, there is something that all of us must be willing to do while we are waiting in line: Move forward!
When you hear that long-awaited “next,” it’s your time to finally move forward and receive what you joined that line for. You don’t wait for a second invitation; you move forward, knowing that your wait has come to an end! However, it was your action that brought that situation to a close.
There was a situation in Bible days that called for an action, the action to move forward:
And the Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward.
(Exodus 14:15)
In other words, don’t be stuck, move forward!
Those people are no longer here, Moses is no longer here, but the Word of God is present and alive today with the same power and authority, and today He is telling you the same:
MOVE FORWARD, I AM WITH YOU!
This bold step can bring you great results.
