There are moments in life when everything seems too heavy to carry. The pain, the silence, the uncertainty… it all adds up. And sometimes, even though we believe in God, we feel like He’s far away—like He’s watching from a distance but not stepping in.

But that’s not who the God of the Bible is.

“The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart,
And saves such as have a contrite spirit.”
Psalm 34:18

Oh yes! He’s near. That means in your darkest night, when no one is around, He is. When you feel crushed under the weight of mistakes, rejection, sickness, or loneliness—The Lord is there.

He doesn’t run from your pain. He enters into it with you.

You may not have seen the answer yet. The door may still look shut. But don’t let your eyes deceive you. Just because you can’t see the way doesn’t mean He hasn’t already made one.

Hold on, my friend.

Hold on even if your hands are trembling. Hold on even if your heart is breaking. Hold on even when others say it’s over—because your God is near. Not tomorrow, not someday… right now.

When the world walks away from you, God walks into your mess, your confusion, your cell, your hospital room, your silence.

He is the rescuer of the broken. And if that’s how you feel today—you’re exactly who He came for.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
