I have this story to share with you. I received a letter from prison: this man said he was in seg alone 24/7.

One day, he was watching our message on his tablet, and he took a cup of water, but he did not know what to say! He was not a praying person, and he did not know how to pray.

The only words that came out were, “Help me!” And the Lord helped him, and they opened the door. He is still in prison, but he is out of seg; he went to population, no more restrictions.

You see, it was not a long prayer; I was praying, and he simply said these words: “Help me,” and God helped him. That’s why the scripture says,

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1)

He is present in your troubled moments. He is present; He never left you. He has not forsaken you.

He is your refuge. You don’t need to be in a church or on your knees to cry out to the Lord. Right where you are reading this message, you can say, “GOD, HELP ME!”

May the God of the Bible bless you!
