Sometimes the pain is physical—a diagnosis, chronic illness, or unexplained symptoms. Other times it’s spiritual—anxiety, guilt, or a deep sadness. Often, the two are more connected than we realize.

This verse reminds us that God is a Healer.

In Exodus 15:26, it says:
“… For I am the Lord who heals you.”

God’s healing is both physical and spiritual. Throughout the Bible, we see the Lord Jesus restore physical bodies and forgive sins. If you are weary in spirit, remember that the same God who formed your body also restores your soul.

True healing begins with faith—trusting that God is who He says He is. When He says, “I am the Lord who heals you,” it is a declaration that He does not change.

The promise still stands.
He is the Lord who heals you.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
