If you were on your job and you have a problem or an urgent issue that needs to be addressed, you go to the bosses office to speak to him. And why do you do that? Because he has authority to help you solve your situation. Normally when a person is called into the bosses office, it is because he has a problem to address with them, something he needs from them, or good news to give to them. The office is a place to solve problems and reward good employees.
The altar is God’s office. God addresses and solves every problem on the altar. In Matthew when Jesus spoke about the altar, He makes it clear how Holy it is. He said,
Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, eave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. Matthew 5:23-24
That’s how Holy the Altar is! If you want to present an offering on the altar, God says to go make peace first. If the altar is so Holy, tell me, what prob- lem is too great to be solved on the altar? None. But whatever you plant you will reap.
Never be scared or turn your back to the altar, always run to the altar be- cause He said those who serve the altar they partake or participate of the things of the altar. As long as you serve the Altar of God, the altar will serve you.
When I serve the altar, every coin I give in the church; I am not giving to an institution or to a pastor. It is me planting and sowing my seed. And God will not forget it, I will always reap. God will always take care of me.
Whatever problem you have, take it to God’s office and He will give you the solution.
May the God of the Bible Bless you
