For many, depression feels like an endless cycle, a pit too deep to escape. But through faith in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on the cross, that cycle is already broken—Not by our strength, but by His.

When Jesus declared, “It is finished,” He wasn’t just talking about sin. He was talking about every burden we would ever carry—every fear, sorrow, and moment of despair. Depression doesn’t get the last word; the cross does.

If you or someone you know is struggling, know this: The cross represents victory.  The same cross that brought salvation also brings healing and freedom. Jesus finished it all.

“So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.” John 19:30

May the God of the Bible bless you!
