You can wash your hands several times daily…, but what about your heart?

We live in a world that cares a lot about how things look. People want to seem strong, happy, and in control. But behind the smile, many carry heavy hearts—full of fear, guilt, shame, or pain from the past.

But the God of the Bible doesn’t look at the outside first. He looks at what’s inside.

The Bible says:

“Who may go up on the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart.” Psalm 24:3–4

That means it’s not enough just to look good. God is looking for clean and true hearts.

Maybe you’re doing all the right things—going to church, smiling, helping others—but deep down, you feel tired or far from God. If that’s you, today is not about pretending; it’s about being real. God doesn’t want a show. He wants your truth.

So don’t just clean up your actions. Let God clean your heart, too. That’s how you’ll have the strength to stand tall with Him—clean on the outside and the inside.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
