There are different levels of pain in life and each level provokes a different response. For example, you can bump your knee or trip and fall and barely feel anything. You may not even show on your face that you are in pain, because the pain is really not that bad. But there is also a level of pain that can’t be hidden. There is a time that you hurt yourself so bad that you can not hold it in. You have to scream out and release your voice because of it.

When you are in pain in life, it should be no different. Many try to hide the pain or mask it with beautiful scriptures or nice sayings. But pain is pain, and a spiritual band aid does not take the pain away.

There was a man in the Bible who was blind. He was seated on the road near where Jesus was passing. Though he could not see Jesus, he heard about what Jesus had been doing (miracles). And he cried out and said,

“Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Luke 18:38

He didn’t just pray, he CRIED OUT. There is a difference. Many people are not blessed and don’t see changes because they just pray. They quote psalms and other scriptures… or just say things like, “if it be God’s will, my life will change”… or “I’m just waiting on the Lord”, and so forth and so on. But there is no power behind this kind of prayer.

To cry out means to dig deep inside of you and with all or your strength, with all the revolt inside of you, you cry to God and express your agony and pain and need for an answer. God can not resist the cry out of those who serve Him.

That’s how almost all of the heroes of faith saw results. And that is what we teach you to do in The Universal Church. As a matter of fact, this Sunday in every Universal Church, we will teach you and lead you to cry out to God for an answer.

If you put this into practice, it will certainly change your life.

May the God of the Bible bless you
