When an ad plays during your favorite show, it’s meant to incite you to buy something. It describes all the great features of a product, hoping you’ll believe it. But how many times have you purchased something, only for it to fail you after one use or not deliver on its promise at all?
Fortunately for us, when the Word of God promises something, it not only delivers but goes far beyond our expectations.
“But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.” — John 15:26
The Helper has already come. He is available to us today, and He testifies to the greatness of God within us. No one has to convince us who the Lord Jesus is because the Holy Spirit is the voice of truth, and He speaks to us.
