Why settle for fake when you can get the real thing?
If you had to choose between fake and real, which one would you choose?
A fake friendship vs. a genuine friendship?
A fake brand watch vs. a genuine brand?
This is no brainer, all of us will choose genuine over fake any day!
Sometimes it’s hard for us to identify fake from genuine; sometimes we even get deceived. However, with the God of the Bible, He cannot be deceived.
This is the proof from an incident He had with these people in Bible days:
Come, and let us return to the Lord; For He has torn, but He will heal us; He has stricken, but He will bind us up.
After two days, He will revive us; On the third day, He will raise us up, that we may live in His sight.
Let us know, let us pursue the knowledge of the Lord. His going forth is established as the morning; He will come to us like the rain, Like the latter and former rain to the earth. “O Ephraim, what shall I do to you? O Judah, what shall I do to you? For your faithfulness is like a morning cloud, and like the early dew it goes away.” (Hosea 6:1-4)
He knew their intentions, and He called them out as fake! This is one example that you should never follow.
No matter who you are or what you have done, He knows and sees all things. Just go before Him with a sincere heart, a genuine faith, and He will be ready to help you.
You don’t need to be a fake with Him!
