Ever notice how the day can get away from us before it even really begins? We wake up with good intentions, but emails, responsibilities, and unexpected problems quickly take over our day. Before we know it, we’re reacting to the day instead of living it. That’s why starting by committing our day to God can make all the difference.

Psalm 37:5 reminds us:

Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.”

This verse is an invitation to place every plan, task, and concern into God’s hands. Committing our day doesn’t mean we’ll have a perfect schedule but God will go before you in whatever comes.

Before the rush of the day begins, and everyone and everything starts fighting for your attention, take a moment to commit your way to the Lord. Pray, read the Bible, seek Him first, and walk forward knowing He goes before you.

May the God of the Bible bless you!
